Sign Permits

Permits are required for most permanent signs. An example would be
a new permanent sign installed on your property or building. Or if you
want to put neon border tubing around the perimeter of your building,
or anything else that requires construction, excavation, concrete, or
        electricians.

All signs should be installed by a licensed, insured sign professional. If
they are electrical signs they should bear the UL label and the final connection
to the sign should be made by a licensed electrical contractor. Some larger signs
and even smaller ones in certain municipalities require a seal from a licensed
        structural & electrical engineer.

Some signs don’t need a permit. An example would be a temporary
real estate sign ,replacing the decoration on an existing sign, banners,

vehicle lettering, or lettering on windows and doors. We provide this service.
